The Double Wall Paper Cup Machine is designed to produce cups (bowls）ranging from 4 oz to 24 oz, offering exceptional insulation for hollow, ripple, and embossed designs. Paper bowl molding machine features a servo-controlled automatic rotary paper suction mechanism, a longitudinal shaft drive structure, and a barrel-type cylindrical indexing mechanism, all driven by a reliable gear system. Automatic spray lubrication enhances operational efficiency, while the double crimping mechanism ensures robust construction. An optional visual inspection system can identify stains, insects, roll mouth bursting, and wrinkles, guaranteeing high-quality production.

Introduction:
RD-XLF-138T high speed double wall machine is transformed from RD-XLF138B high speed paper cup machine. Embossing device is optional according to the different products customer provide. It’s suitable to produce double wall cups from the size 4oz-24oz with good insulation effect. This machine is an ideal equipment for making hot beverage cups, coffee cups, corrugated cups, etc.
