Ruida’s fully automatic Paper Bowl Machine features intelligent control for production speeds of 25-200 pcs/min. It incorporates a servo-controlled automatic rotary paper suction mechanism, a longitudinal shaft drive structure, and a barrel-type cylindrical indexing mechanism. Additionally, it includes a gear drive, automatic spray lubrication, and a double crimping mechanism. An optional visual inspection system can detect stains, insects, roll mouth bursting, and wrinkles, ensuring high-quality output.

Introduction:

RD-180W is a new horizontal high-speed paper cup forming machine developed by Zhejiang Ruida Machinery Co., LTD. RD-180W paper bowl forming machine provides a high-speed production speed of 180 bowl per minute. The whole machine is controlled by PLC+ servo motion, full photoelectric tracking monitoring,servo feed control. Paper bowl can be produced by changing the mold in sizes ranging from 6ounces to 22 ounces.
