RD-XLF138B high-speed paper cup forming machine uses a bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the counter and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing CAM and gear transmission. All transmission parts adopt shower lubrication.The paper cup forming mold is installed on the table for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC ,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking, and the paper cup bottom paper uses servo feeding. Visual inspection system is optional to remove defective products.
RD-XLF138B can produce paper cups sizes from 4 oz to 24oz by changing the mold. It’s suitable for the production of market cups,milk tea cups,etc.
